I currently am on overload this week. So my weekly menu will be spilt up into Sunday-Wednesday and then Thursday-Saturday
October 2- October 5
Sunday- Nacho Chicken Bake
Monday- Pumpkin Turkey Chilli
Tuesday- Black Beans and Chicken
Wednesday- Chicken, Veggie Stew
Extras for the week- Carrot bread, Skor cookies, Chocolate chip/Pumpkin Cookies
Also I am happy to report that I just ventured into making my own protein bars. I will let you know how they taste tomorrow.
