Mid Week Menu

Since we have been very busy, my blog has been put on the back burner. However I am back and organized more then every.

Wednesday: Tilapia Fish with steamed veggies
Thursday: Spaghetti Squash Cassserole
Friday: Sloppy Joes
Saturday: Peanut Chicken
Sunday: Pineapple/White Bean

Snacks: Protein Bars and Cranberry, Pumpkin Bars
