Here is what is on our menu for the week..

Monday: Chicken and Dumplings (Skinny Recipe)
Tuesday: Tangy Coconut Black Bean Soup
Wednesday: Spinach Stuffed Shells with Meat Sauce
Thursday: BBQ Turkey Meatballs
Friday: Goat Cheese, Chicken and Veggie Quesadillas

Dessert: Pumpkin Swirl Cheescake Yogurt Cupcakes, Zucchini Spice Cookies (thanks to my sister)

Snack: Pumpkin Protein Bars

Fun Breakfast: Almond Joy Oatmeal in the Crockpot..
